The editors of the journal adhere to the following authorship criteria:
1. Substantial contribution to the development of the concept or planning of the scientific work, or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of this work;
2. Drafting or critically revising the manuscript, adding valuable intellectual content;
3. Final approval of the published version of the manuscript;
4. Agreement to accept responsibility for all aspects of the work and a guarantee that all questions related to the accuracy and integrity of any part of the work will be adequately investigated and resolved.
In addition to responsibility for the portions of the work that the author contributed to, they must understand which co-authors are responsible for other specific components of the work.
Authors must also be confident in the integrity of their co-authors' contributions. All individuals listed as authors must meet all four authorship criteria, and all individuals who meet these four criteria must be identified as authors. Individuals who do not meet all four criteria must be acknowledged in the Acknowledgments section. Contributions of Authors and Non-Authors
The Acknowledgments section may acknowledge individuals who have contributed to the work but do not meet the authorship criteria, such as those who supported the research, acted as mentors, assisted with data collection, coordinated the research, etc.
To accurately determine their contribution, journal authors can use one of the following COPE-recommended frameworks:
